We believe in utilizing cutting edge tech to help run our business and make your life a little easier. You have access to an online portal via the Customer Portal link above which allows you to add or update your card on file, request service and much more.
After your first service, you may notice an uptick of pests in the house, especially spiders. This is normal and for the spiders means the service is working. They're running out of normal food sources and we disturbed their webs so they're hunting for food. This will dissipate and over time the spider issue should get better (if not please let us know).
Please note a few things to do before each service:
Keep items away from exterior walls (to the best of your ability)
Unlock the gate(s)
Stay inside or away from the areas we spray for at least 1 hour
Let us know if you have an unusual pest issue beforehand (if possible) so we can block more time to accommodate
You don’t need to be home if we’re only doing exterior service
