Limited VS Complete Inspections
A limited inspection is typically only one small area (think a single wall). These inspections are much smaller in scope and usually only take a few minutes for an inspector to check the area of concern and then write up a report.
A complete inspection covers the ENTIRE home - attic, interior, garage, subarea and exterior (the only thing we don’t inspect is the roof and inaccessible areas).
Do we charge for inspections?
Be careful with companies offering free complete inspections, we believe it’s free because the company is more concerned with selling a service than providing a good inspection.
We do free limited inspections, but we do charge for complete inspections.
The reason we charge is because a good complete inspection will typically take 1-2 hrs plus another 30 minutes to an hour for the report. It’s a very thorough process and will given you great peace of mind.

Our goal when taking care of Subterranean termites is to eliminate them quickly and to prevent them from coming back for a long time.
Our primary line of defense is Termidor HE which is on of the most cutting edge chemicals on the market today. It requires less drilling and less trenching plus it can last up to 7 years vs 5 years of most other termiticides. Some customers want a chemical with even less environmental impact. Fortunately we have a solution - Altriset. Altriset is a groundbreaking chemical which is the least toxic termiticide available for use in California. In addition to Termidor HE and Altriset, we also use Trelona ATSB Yearly bait. This bait provides an amazing year round protection from termites and because we check the baits once a year, you will always have termites under control.
We warrant every full service which means even if the termites somehow slip through our chemicals, we will come back and re-treat at no cost to you.
Drywood Termite Treatments
We are a company committed to the most effective, least impactful treatments. One thing we’ll never compromise on is in giving a customer an option that is eco-friendly but also ineffective. This is why we generally opt for fumigations when it comes to drywood termites. Countless studies have shown the effectiveness of fumigations and the overall environmental impact is actually minute. We offer a 3 year warranty with full treatments and will come back to re-inspect for free before your warranty is over to make sure your house stays termite free. Because termites can re-infest, our warranties are renewable.
